The
just dropped and I was lucky enough to catch the link on YouTube via the Meridian Guilded discussion before it even posted here.GRATZ + KUDOS to @Prometheus & @Oxfurd on a fun and informative collaboration.
I'm thrilled, of course, that we can finally see party members on our mini-map. But tbh, that was so overdue it's hard to be impressed. I'm just relieved.
What's amazing and impressing ME is the farming system - with realistic soil nutrition and irrigation parameters and a good variety of crops to plant in rotation for best yields and trading.
Just WOW, guys. Great job.
I can hardly wait to help set this up in Zenith!

@dj35 Can you make larger parties from other guilds, if there will be a friend system so you can build party systems easier, and allow for follow.

They mentioned in the video that your party can have up to 20 people in it.. that's far larger than most "normal" game parties are.
Also, if it follows the last few test patterns, you don't lose your party if you log out... you stay in the party until you actually "leave" the party or the party leader "removes" you from the party. You can add anyone not already in a party to your party regardless of guild, the only criteria is that you have to be near them in order to click on them to send them the party invite.
There is also a party channel to talk with.

I really like the depth of the farming system. While I will more than likely find myself mining and using the forge, I can appreciate the amount of depth and effort put into the farming system.

I'm the most excited by mounts and how they help to transport goods faster than we did in the previous test.
I'm glad that the farming system is more advanced than plant seed, wait a day, collect crops as in other games. I hope we will be able to do small scale farming on hermit plots.
I don't really like the new death mechanics. They are better than what we had in the past, but still not very good. I don't quite understand what does the health system try to achieve and my bigest complaint about it is how people don't insta die when they are killed in pvp, which will make the zvz terribly long and boring unless a side completely steamrolls the other.

They should add a finishing move ability that will keep the dead from rising again

I like that they got rid of the campfire system out in the wild. Forces people to make decisions that matter.

Surprisingly excited for the farming changes.. Big support for campfire change. Mounts are life.

Th Execute functionality in PvP has been around since Alpha 2 - Test 3, it's enough to click on an opponent who's KO to execute him/her
