Fractured's Alpha 1 will feature a full day/night cycle. Here's a short preview of a day and a night on the banks of a river located of Syndesia (grassland biome). The character is a placeholder, in use until we complete our new character models.

That night time is hella dark, torches are almost a must.

@dagimir We only know that it's in November. There's no specific day yet mentioned unfortunately :x Well we just have to wait, we are pretty much in November already anyway so it's pretty soon

that are biologically "made" to hunt better in the dark.

I suppose, yes, we'll have some torchs, but it will be more funny for embush with this light in the night >:3 Does the UI will stay like that ? And what did you use to do the water ? (fluids of Maya or something else ? )

Yes, they have that innate ability, and night sigh is also a spell.

The UI is just a first iteration, but conceptually it will stay like that, yes. The water is made with a shader applied to a plane, as it's usually done
