Reagent Enchanting Spreadsheet (Update 2020-Oct-14)
-
Hello Fractured Community~!
This spread sheet is no longer functional! It got to a point that to many users were using it and that means we needed an upgrade....A website. However I'm not really good at that stuff and that's here Ostaff stepped up and took over the project.Check it out: here https://forum.fracturedmmo.com/topic/12213/new-enchantment-finder-system-for-you
As for myself: I intend to keep helping and giving guidance to the community thought wiki updates, pushing data to those who make websites (Ostaff website pulls from the wiki)
as there is nolonger a need for this spreadsheet I'll discontinue it from this point on.
Thank you for all the help in the last few test and I hope to see everyone continue and make this community great!

https://forum.fracturedmmo.com/topic/9927/enchanting-table-chart-alpha-2-february-open-playtestI happen to have been given that data from someone elses sheet~ this looks like it was the orginal however. thank you-
currently on my sheets it's pulling the data and will show you the correct regent items but the values are not pulled over. We're just having trouble on how the list is built currently.
-
just fyi, game is still in alpha. stuff can change.

Awesome. I like when stuff like this hits the net. I'm not one of those guys that likes to spend hours figuring stuff out. It would really be nice if the game had an ingame knowledge system that actually had stuff like this. Your character is not you. Just like in D&D I might be playing a mage. That character knows the inner working of spells; how to use them, how to cast them, what is required. Myself, I know nothing of magic. If your character has the knowledge then the knowledge legend in the game should show the specifics that character should know. So if your character is very knowledgeable in enchanting then the tables would be available of what your character knows how to enchant.

YEP! ~and if something new is added or removed. All we need to do is remove it from the list or add it. It takes less then 10 secs to add. the document the pulls the data from those list.
If a major change is made~ well then the fun is remake it and change it. I admin a few wiki's info changes a lot.
Also I'll keep a "Last updated" when conflicts arise. in case they remove an item but don't tell us.@Farlander
I agree that it would be nice in game~ Since they do have "you discovered X plant" it should not be to hard, but it would mean saving a lot of info to the client.

I never thought about it that way, but YES YES YES.
Having some in-game hot links to wiki pages that had this info would do the trick, I think.

Some updates!~
So we finished Enchanting item list~ this will hopefully help you find the items you need for Enchanting quickly- this list is updated-able. So I'll be keeping it updated as items are PM'd to me on discord or found by my clan mates.

NEXT!
working on the 2ed tab "Character Helper sheet" This is to help with character creation~ Currently it pulls all the stats and affinity needed to make a Character....but with the sources the DEV gave us have a lot of weird math~ so I'm not 100% sure they are correct until I can do more testing in the next test.
and lastly we're labeling the items with crafting, foraging, Drop, Farm...Common to rare~ this will help us with the next project of Enchanting helper. it will pull the best solution of items to make an enchant of the tier you want.
-
great work so far

Now you have me curious! What sources did the developers provide for you? Is that a secret?
That aside, nice work! Thanks and keep it going!
-
@Logain the sources are just charts and other math strings the Dev's have posted both in their journals or on the wiki.
nothing new~ just weird math if you were to look at it.IE: https://forum.fracturedmmo.com/topic/9684/is-there-any-lowest-chance-to-hit
Evasion is the one that has annoyed me the most.
-
Nice tables Lookin' fancy!

Ah thanks a bunch, the weird part threw me off the most I guess. What part of it was/is weird for you? K, or the equation in general?
-
@Logain Yeah~
so the math he gave
πΈπ£ππ πππ πΆβππππ = πΈπ£ππ πππ/(π΄πππ’ππππ¦+πΎ)
so doing just that 100/(0+12.5)
100 being Evasion
0 being 0 Accuracy
and 12.5 being armor
you get an outcome of 8
But that should not be the correct math to find a percent and if it was, then when you move onto 100 Accuracy. you need negative armor in order to get the same numbers of his chart. So I tried a bunch of formals to find the correct values and it always acted weird in the end..."
-
@Logain I FIGURED IT OUT.... why was that so hard.. lol
the correct formula for Evasion is EvasionChance=(EVA/(12.5+(ACC/100))) armor is not correctly imputed to his Evasion chart. So now the real question is how much does armor really lower Evasion, if at all.
-
Love your work m8. Well done !
-
@maze Thanks so much! amazing work
-
Awesome job! Makes the one I was doing look like amateur hour haha.
-
LittleMiss and I will be jumping back in with this round. Since it's free (and we're still not founders...money tighter then ever)
See you all on the 28th! let me know of any interesting data that might be missing! I'll be gathering lots hopefully this time around.
