Yes, it will. Kickstarter is a very important milestone for us :slight_smile:

@lohen said in Where i find one video about the game??:
@prometheus I read that you guys want to publish a teaser this month. is there a release date to rhis vid?
If by "teaser" you mean a video, no, we're not planning to release one this month. As I've written just above your post, video footages will come later in the year. We're going to release Feature Spotlights though, which are essentially journals on our dev blog, and they will contain game art and screenshots First one's coming this week!
@lohen said in Moderatoren:
Hiho
gibt es auch deutschsprachige Moderatoren, oder sind alle nur in englisch kontaktierbar?
Ist ja eine italienische Entwicklerfirma, richtig?
Hi @Lohen :slight_smile: Yes, Dynamight Studios is an Italian company. We don't have a German-speaking community manager yet, but there will be one eventually for sure, hopefully in the summer already!
@Lohen absolutely! As hinted to in the home page, two of the most striking features of Fractured are its unique character creation and progression systems. Together, they allow you to be competitive from day one and take away most of the classic "grind" associated to the MMO genre. We'll detail more on these features in a future Feature Spotlight, of course!
@lohen said in how to get a key ?:
If i understand correctly then you get a alpha key by chance after joining the Foundation or for sure after supporting the kickstart?
Access to Fractured on full release, beta and alpha will be available on Kickstarter according to the tier of the pledge, sure. As for The Foundation, you'll have to wait for the next level expansion to find out what's in there!
@Reaper the bad humans perhaps, definitely not all of humanity!
@chrightt I believe that "creating a whole new world" is exactly what we're doing here at Dynamight! Different races are absolutely not enemies with one another "on principle". The first feature spotlight will shed some light on this too.
@askariot said in What is the gameplay like?:
I think it can be like albion online.
Nope, not really! From world building to races, from combat to graphical style, I'd say Fractured is very different from Albion. We're both making a top-down sandbox MMO, but that's about it :slight_smile:
@reaper said in Foundation:
nice way to get your game going but abit of advertisement will still be needed haha...
We'll do some of that too in due time
@reaper said in Paths of Magic:
Wonder what different types of magic they'll actually add
We've planned over 400 different spells / abilities, so you can expect plenty of schools as well!
Hi @Reaper! The Fractured project has started in January this year, so we're quite far from being able to produce a good looking "video trailer". However, we're going to drop screenshots all over the summer; short video footages will come later in the year
@iceman121 said in Dungeons & Guild info?:
@prometheus What about fighting over the kills? So for example, if I run for half an hour to attempt a world boss, only to find it dead then wait for another half to let it respawn to have someone else steal it... that's why mothers say video games make people violent.
That depends on your race and planet mostly. If you want to be sure to have safe loot rights, you should play as a Beastman on Arboreus. Otherwise, even on Syndesia you risk some criminal scum to steal loot away from you, although there will be consequences for that. On Tartaros, well, you're lucky if you're alive anyway
Hi @Targarris All the info on dates we can release as of today are those available in our FAQ.
@pulgamortifera said in That game:
anyone knows how the game works?
Hi pulga Can you be a little more specific as to what features you're curious about?
Welcome everyone!

@prometheus that's nice. But not gonna lie my experience with open world bosses was not the best, I remember everytime I was doing a World boss in GW2 i either lag alot or crash.
By "lag" you mean low FPS or high ping? Both shouldn't be an issue in Fractured. System requirements will allow mid-range PCs to run the game smoothly, even in crowded situations. As for lag, SpatialOS can sustain a virtually unlimited amount of players, even if hundreds of them are close to each other! We'll document all of these claims in video footages of course
Hi,
Names Aethe,
I'm new to looking into this game, i prefer games with a decent crafting system to them with multiple aspects, eg farming/cooking, gathering and crafting, rather than the shallow buy from a vendor with tokens or have to farm creatures for hours for drops, i like to create.
I have played BDO, TESO, Archeage and LOTRO in the past, i'm hoping that fractured will be able to fill the niche i'm chasing with a decent and meaningful system.
Hopefully they have plans to make some posts with how their systems will be fleshed out so i can decide if this game will be for me
Welcome Aethe! You definitely won't be disappointed by crafting in Fractured The whole economy is player-driven and based on crafting, with no grinding. Equipment will highly replaceable and there will be a hunger/thirst system, so crafters will always be pivotal in the community (within and outside guilds). Of course all of this will be covered in one of our future Feature Spotlights!
@ezmoh said in Dungeons & Guild info?:
@Prometheus So there will be only Open world dungeons and no Private ones where I can go with my friends and Guild mates ?
Indeed Moreover, open world hotspots and events will play a very important role in your everyday gameplay, often more than dungeons.
Hi @FistDream! That's quite of a vague question - what components of gameplay are you interested to know more about?
Welcome @Drakantor! Fractured definitely won't have anything so frustrating
Hi @ezmoh What @Karuro quoted is correct. I can add that I expect players will opt for hybrid builds when playing alone - our Knowledge System allows for unlimited variety in this regard, so I'm sure very peculiar setups will show up soon. On the other hand, when it comes to group fights I expect several players will choose builds close to one of the classic trinity roles. That's still up to the players tho!
