the Fractured forums have gotten quite busy, and I guess some of you might be annoyed by the excessive amount of notifications, or perhaps are unable to tell apart interesting discussions from "welcome" threads and the like. Here's a couple tips for you!
Ignoring Threads By Category
This one is useful if you want active threads from specific categories not to show up in your Unread page. Just open any category, and change it from Watching to Ignoring - the button is at the top right corner of the category page!
Changing Notification Settings
The platform these forums are built on has a wide array of notifications settings to keep track of different events. Notifications for each type of event can be muted, received on the forums only, or via email (too). To fiddle with settings, press the account button at the top right corner of the screen, then press Settings.
In your Settings page you'll find a whole section dedicated to Notifications:
There are other interesting options as well in the Settings page
We're going to add other tips to this thread in the future if you let us know of any!
Living as a demon with positive karma on Tartaros or as a beastkin with negative karma on Arboreus will be extremelly tricky. My guess is that the divine quest is what will definitely cut ties with your former race and let you live acording to your alignment. That is the actual reward for getting so far to change your character's fate. Probably you can also chose not to do the quest, but then you would miss many game features because of the "incorrect" alignment for the race you decided to play initialy. I mean, you would still have all drawbacks just for cosmetic purposes. Just go to the store and buy something less angelical or abominable if you wish so.

Is there going to be any kind of subscription?
I know Fractured will follow a “buy to play” business model. But some games are "buy to play" yet have some kind of subscription (to grant access to a specific server for example).
I hope there will be not optional ViP pass (optional sub). I prefer the model B2P (Buy to Play) or P2P (Pay to Play). Usually offering a vip pass is P2W (Pay to Win) or P2B (Pay to Boost) somehow.
Player issue management can be very difficult, because on the one hand it is requested from many player who are social competent enough to handle it with care and on the other hand it can be easily abused by player who just want to troll.
But i guess it is possible if the player to player issue management will be implemented as a community system, means, if there are some options to flag player as "evil/enemy" then the community should be able to regulate it, if it is shown, that there will be just some trolling marauders.
I'm very curious, what we get by developers to handle social interaction between player.
Just waiting to see people doing the most random things to discover new spells and abilities. What if people take it too far and destroy the ecosystem? In the first place, how fast do trees/minerals respawn?
@biggaz No release date has been set yet. The pre-alpha and first alpha wave are currently scheduled for late this year. Fractured will be released on the PC. As far as I am aware, there are no plans to release Fractured on mobile devices.

(...)Don't forget other Demon parties may PvP attack the ones gathering resources for a portal(...)
I'm certainly not forgetting that possibility. That said, I think that there's going to form large enough groups that want to 'competitively engage with some forum warriors' on different planets, that they can actually coordinate protection for the people gathering. By giving the Demons a 'common enemy', it can potentially allow them to stick together on a common cause.
The first testing phase will be the pre-alpha, scheduled for the end of this year. Access to the pre-alpha is earned through the Foundation. More information can be found here. The pre-alpha is followed by alpha waves and eventually the beta. Access to these tests can be bought through the upcoming Kickstarter, scheduled for spring this year.
