I am in the city Garden of Eden, governed by BearRod. My house is just below the bank. When I try to build a bed it says I don't own the building. The claim says I do, it lets me build outside the house on the plot but will not let me build enchant table, chest, or bed in house.

So Malkn and I have been playing with the housing claims and co-owner part of the game, these are things we have noticed and things we think could help:
On claim: (-1943 W, 958 N) Malkn's claim we have 3 houses; 1 2X2 with porch co-owner has full access; 2 2X2 one finished no co- owner acess to chest inside, second not built.
No House Icon for co-owned houses on the Main Map: makes it hard to find again.
Inventory Windows on Chest: closing too soon or while moving items to it.
Rotate: for Houses and housing items would be nice.
Hand Carts: can we have co-own option so we can have one person gather materials while other builts if wanted.
These are what we have noticed and thought would help with the housing. We are also not sure if you wanted to let people built more than one property on a claim; Malkn says that it would be cool if you intend for that to have an option to combine the houses into something later. On on another note, it would be nice to have party member icons on the minimap.

@Lakica I forgot to add that the fireplace doesn't allow co-owner to cook.

I have done the same with the same results in Direwood. Coords 1674w 2574n
5x 5 and it is 1684 W 2611 N in Direwood. I already asked you about it in Discord Spector.
I am cursed! I had this same bug last alpha. My house is completely built and I have owner rights but I can not build anything inside it. Everything I try to place is blue then I click it and it turns red but no blueprint is there. But I can place chest outside.
I had to abandon and claim that the same plot had same issue. So we tried a new plot that was the same size and the same 4x4 house completely built and still couldn't build chest. The bed and fireplace said I had to own the claim though the house said I was the owner. So I tried to abandon and reclaim, I still had the same issue so I abandon and left the town limits and claim but no change. So I abandon it and left town limits then logged out and back in then I was getting message that I already own a claim. I looked at both plot and I was still not owner of both. I had to make a new character to get the ability on Laki to claim again. Still no change, so I took 1k gold and claim a plot outside the town limits. Other than the wolf packs at the claim site, I have a 5x5 house with a house full of chest and furniture.
I am having the same issue. I even tried abandon the claim. Still same issue. I can build on the plot outside the house but not inside.
