Griefing/Ganking ?

Was planning to make a Beastmen farmer for one of my characters. And was wondering if there are any systems in place that would somewhat protect me from a player or a group of players who are just out to ruin someones day and will just trash my farm and kill me and my wife and my kids and my cats etc. even if there is no gain in it for them.

If you want to play as beastman, you don't need to worry about it, beastman are peaceful, pvp is not allowed on arboreus, and I don't think you can destroy somebody's farm if you're a beastman ^^

@esher PvP is allowed on Arboreus, it's just uncommon because 1: Beastmen cannot attack each other and 2: Players with an evil alignment will suffer from heavy debuffs while on Arboreus and will have to deal with not only the players, but also the environment.
This does make some areas practically unreachable for them, but not all of them. If a human or demon is really dedicated, they could kill people on Arboreus.

Ok, so it is possible, but the chances of it happening very low.
Guess we will have to wait and see how this works out.

I bet that one day a high level guild will jsut steam roll a lot of land , looting and rasing farms there just for the fun of it..... TIll them you should be safe (probbly). most likely a theaif will steal SOME of your stuf if you bace will not be well protected ( i assume there will be securety option for such things)
Like in Haven and hearth if you heard about it

Hi @EvolGrinZ! What @Specter said is that PvP is possible on Arboreus, albeit rare due to the factors he's described. That doesn't mean it's possible for your farm to be destroyed! Buildings owned by players are protected in general, unless we're talking of city conquests - but that's a whole different story we'll cover in the Feature Spotlight after the next one. So don't worry, the degree of protection you get on Arboreus is really high :slight_smile:

Imagine a horde of demons running at the beast planet destroying farms, burning, pillaging and killing every living thing.....but cats. Cats are cool

Rean up the @Prometheus post. You are not allowed to destroy everything on Arboreus. Maybe you will be allowed to declare a war to conquest city. Remeber that you will have nothing to kill due to players flee away if they will die like every time they try to do something. So if you care to play too you have to start thinking olso for the other side of the medal

If they game mechanics allow for one race to visit all 3 planets then it isn't griefing or ganking. It's apart of the game play. If Demons and Humans can't visit Arboreus to kill then what's the point of being bad, what's the point of playing.

Hmm, i would like to have some kind of open PvP, because that will give the game a special touch.
BUT, we should get some crime punishment system for it.
Means a crime should have consequences, maybe not in every area, but in the friendly areas.
The crimesystem could be to leave a trackable scent and with it you can follow the perp and maybe give them to a trial.
@Prometheus what you think about?

He said many times that there will be opn pvp in every planet but with different ruleset. Everyone forget that can gank/pk on tartaros planet;)
