@PeachMcD lol. the water in the pic looks damn fine but you are definately right. Name reserving shouldn't be an issue if you are using even something like a personal gamer tag (Unless it is Pewdiepie's or some other famous persons gamer tag).

@PeachMcD lol. you can sleep with the wolves and giant spiders outside instead of the cutw mice inside if you really want The tavern could be a 'safer' place to sleep rather than a cleaner one. i really like the idea of this. maybe you could get a minor debuff if you slept outside on the hard ground. Not enough to be dangerous, just a minor hinderance.

@Xzoviac oo. the idea of damaged trophies is interesting... maybe they deteriorate over time like the house does if you dont maintain it... so you can only have a trophy if you have killed the difficult enemy rescently. Like, in the last 6 months for example (not sure if that is too long tho tbh, with the rate of which houses are planned to deteriorate).

@Farlander regardless of the gear increasing stats, it wouldnt make sense if you were just as defended against a wolf clawing at you naked, as you are in some crafted cured leather armour. The basis of this game is that all the gear will in effect, be balanced with all the other gear. Gear will be either average overall, or amazing for a very specific situation.

@Pwnstar i kinda do too. would make sense. coz even the beta testers that didn't get to test the alpha possibly bought a founder's pack just like all the alpha testers did. They will still (hopefully) be looking for issues with the game and being part of the foundation of the beginning of the game.

A nice option would be, you can tell it to stay in your house, if you wish walk around alone, your tamed animal could stay in your home like a pet, resting under a tree or something.
Perhaps even guarding your home from potential intruders?
thats a pretty wicked idea... this could be the immersion part of having 'guards' on your home plot... instead of using generic NPC's that players seem to want the devs to steer away from if possible. Ofc, it would only work with battle pets, not companion/vanity ones.

@Jetah 'u' is a letter said exactly the same as 'you' and 'r' is said exactly the same as 'are'. Regardless of they being single letters, they are used millions of times a day by people all over the world in that exact fashion.
The reason the head trophy idea was taken to be more of a solo thing is because it is a trophy... why should you get a fancy looking head if you had 120 of your friends there so you could kill the monster that drops it in 7 seconds? wouldn't be much of a trophy.

@Jetah you missed the whole point of my argument. there are players out there that see it as a 'money is no object' scenario. people WILL buy the stuff in the store, regardless of players that want to get all their in game money back just coz for no real reason at all besides being stingey. The items WILL get tested. The devs WILL get feedback. Doesn't matter if they have a dynamite gold refund in place or not. They shouldn't have to do a refund thing. People should only buy what they think they will want.

If thry are to implemwnt this... and the whole travelling between worlds has some kind of cooldown... perhaps the idea of summoning a demon could proc said cooldown for the demon, and they spawn in 'desired' location, rather than in a completely random spot on the planet (or your typical set spawn zones if they have any). If there are requirements to travel to a new planet, perhaps the demon has to meet ALL of them, and so rather than being some kind of invasion feature, it is actually just a sort of... something cool?
Doing it this way would maintain the difficulty of traversing between planets and also limit it to players that were going to potentially travel already in the first place. Demons could have a choice to either spawn randomly or spawn via summon when they go an attempt to travel, rather than pinging completely random players that meet the requirements, but are just going about their own business.
The risk a human would face is how potentially long it might take for a demon to want to be summoned (as they would be casting for that long). If they are hit while casting, they could get a 10 or 20 second stun as a reward for their devious work, in which a player can attempt to knock them out. This would prevent them from being able to just drop the summon and run off. Or perhaps add a skill cooldown to remove the summon casting instead even.
I wouldn't go so far to say that summoning would be the only way for a demon to travel though (as much as it could be possible). It would be really frustrating for a player that wanted to travel as a demon if they ended up having to wait like 35 minutes coz no humans wanted to summon a demon.
Or even limit it to only summoning by a player name specifically. Could be a way to travel with friends or guild mates and bring up some interesting strategies.
Or even, limit summoning a demon to only demons on the same planet as you are.

I'm thinking it's not the skills themselves but the "knowledge". The teleportation/summoning could be interpreted as moving the body and spirit, through space/time and needing to reassemble it all. Restoration could be to repair any holes in the body from any oops.
maybe reagents are rare enough that it cant be used every day. but i'm not sure how useful that would be.
you literally shot down the whole reanimation gimmick... and then explained exactly what it is and that it is neccissary?

i dont think they will re-release the foundation or something based on it. they seem pretty set on removing it completely.

Hello! We plan to create a sort of items rotation for the store; new pet/building design/decorations/..etc will slowly replace the older ones, so, we can say that almost all the things that you can find in the store are "exclusive".
oo. that sounds amazing!! hopefully they wont rotate too frequently. wouldnt want to miss out on anything when i am away working.

The bought items will become permanently bonded to your account, as you noticed all of them are pets or cosmetics things, so there is no need for a later refund.

which is good would waste the devs time if they had to do extra coding just to make sure that everyone got all their gold back without having any bugs either completely removing all of a players gold or doubling other players gold... no refunds = no extra potential unneccissary bugs.
they can just save the state of the gold and revert it. i will tell you that we'll have plenty of people posting they thought the items would be removed and the gold reset during phases. it'll cause more problems for DS than it'll help. You're also implying that no testing needs to be done with the store and that exploits wont happen. I know they will happen and resetting helps remove the gains and allows DS to recover from it.
how am i implying no testing needs to be done? i am sure hundreds of people have already bought them, including myself. If people are instantly thinking they will be refunded all the gold they bought if they spent it, would being told in a definate matter, they shouldn't be buying gold in the first place.
And also, just to expand on my point... i spent an extra $100 BEFORE the pledge pack gold even got updated into the store... others probably did the same, instead of using the however much gold they had from a pledge pack... i still have my 30,000 dynamite gold from my immortal pack just sitting there.

I fix all of my spelling mistakes that i notice either before i initially post, or directly after before anyone potentially has read it. If i still miss it even then, i ignore it. (if u want, i can start implementing numbers in2 my posts as well, 2 make u freak out even more) at least you tried i guess. but you just proved how little you know about english. Also, the three dots is an ellipses, not an elipse.
you also shouldn't assume people are implying something just because they havn't commented about one particular part of it. if someone says they want beast hunting achievements specifically to be solo only... that is exactly what they mean... not that they want everything solo. The beast heads was the main focus at the point in time after all, not something else of the hundreds of other things that could be implemented that would ONLY be good as an achievement or trophy if it IS multiplayer.

They will still be dealing with bugs with purchases and with upset people because they want their missing stuff or gold that's missing. Maybe they can offer discounts during the testing to entice testing
i wouldnt be surprised if they were already discounted tbh. it was $100 to buy everything they put in the store.... which honestly, isnt much compared to what a lot of other games ask for, for the same amount.
i know plenty of games that u spend $100 and u get 2 materials for a piece of gear that u need 5 of those materials + extra to make 1 piece of 6... here we got like 6 pets and the ability to craft 4 entire furniture sets.... most games, a cosmetic furnite set... just one... would be like $30-50... sometimes even more...
look at path of exile for example... gold is super expensive... spend $50 and u get like 2 chestplate cosmetics (unless you bought an event bundle).... or perfect world international... a descent mount will cost u $40 on its own... or league of legends... some of the skins cost almost $30...

so far, we have only talked about difficult beasts dropping trophy heads upon solo kills tho... to back up @Jetah s idea with multiplayer ones... you could get banners from guild vs guild things perhaps... or some kind of uhhh... crest? to put on your wall if you became the governor of a township at some point (semi-solo...ish). Maybe some kind of super special thing if you managed to be like an emperor or something of a metropolis. (the only flaw with this ofc, would be people that bought governor packs or higher).
