Since it is steam early access can we assume we are getting steam keys for those who kickstarted?
Can we get an answer to this question?

@Jetah said in GO F2P LEARN FROM OTHER:
without some type of method to try the game, you really never know if you'll like. and this game wont be a game to know that with a few day trial.
Nowdays you have streams for that. There is no (legal) way to try single player games and people are still buying...
Each model have pros and cons. I'm ok with B2P so I've put my money in Fractured. Will it change to F2P at some point? Probably. But I wouldn't expect it in the first year.
I'll go and post my 5 cents I'm not sure if Fractured would benefit from huge population of uninvested players. It's a game model where players have to invest their time for the game to work as a whole. So even if they succed in F2P without P2W the game quality would probably drop.
@Specter said in Your favorite Dailies, or what you would like to see them as.:
Fractured already has plenty of ways to encourage players to log in. Claim upkeep (carpenter), crafting timers, tending the farm, etc. Right now the devs see no reason to implement dailies on top of that.
Tending to farm is a sandbox daily quest
It all depends on how we look at things. What you mentioned are exactly the dailies I'd like to see here.
Additionally maybe some minor divine stuff daily as well to prove your devotion - like praying daily (as it will be a big part of the game, at least for my demon fighting for redemption).
old great stuff:
Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal
Nausicaa
Mononoke Hime
Ninja Scroll
new stuff that wasn't mentioned here:
Made in Abyss (looks like kids anime but it's really not)
@Specter hopefully that's good news and working from home is the best!
@Razvan if I remember correctly there will be crime flagging - so if someone attacks you he will be crime flagged so you can defend yourself. And with Angels being locked to good - I think I've heard it too (probably one of Q&A) but couldn't find it.
edit: in the post you linked but last paragraph instead of first - it's about crime flagging:
As a Beastman, if you have a criminal flag (murderer, thief) or are cut off a Good alignment for whatever reason, you're cut off Arboreus. You don't want to get to that point unless your aim is to become an Abomination
@Jimbolini I started with Timex 2048 - the name was from the 48kb of ram it got
@Jetah ok then I was out of the loop for a long time...
@Razvan cannot find it now - don't remember where we talked about it (cannot find it in old topic about angel/abomination, it probably was in one of Q&A) but from what I remember Angel is locked to being good and you cannot go back. It was more then 1 year ago so things could / may change before release. It's not my decision btw
@Kralith knowing you it would all be on point so I don't think devs would mind I always write too short and have to explain everything even to my friends in RL who know me for 20+ years
@Jetah Angel, Abomination, human, Lich or Demon cannot live on Arboreus anyway - only Beastman. So I'm not sure what your point is
@asspirin As far as we know Angel is locked to being good. Cannot change alignment, cannot fall back to Demon.
@Prometheus I was talking about all additions to the shop - not he KS specifically. Don't remember what it was but when I saw that i thougth "hmmm, I wouldn't want that to be in the shop"
@Mr14taz well... I'm not sure if there is anything "fair" or "unfair" about having some races and not others. Demons like humans and Beastmans are one of the starting races. Each race have special "evolved" form. So in a way - yes I think it's fair.
@Jetah said in Angel? Angel Spells?:
i agree, however, there are groups that want to play together but want to start/end as a certain race.
a group of 3, if 1 wanted to be a redeemed demon turned angel the 2 would have to wait. if 1 wants to be human, then they could join faster but they'd still be waiting on the 3rd. whether the demon gives up or rerolls is another situation.
Everyone can live on Syndesia and Angels cannot live on Arboreus. So becoming and Angel doesn't give you access to any place where Demon cannot go. Not sure about Abomination living on Tartaros (i think it's possible). Anyway mixed groups can play on Syndesia
The Human homeland is a world deprived of the primal energy that still exists on Arboreus, and can therefore be accessed by Good, Neutral and Evil players alike, without them receiving any buff or debuff. Moreover, itβs the easiest planet to travel to from other worlds
@Jetah said in February 2020 Playtest Survey:
i'm pretty worried about that "old Kickstarter packs" option on the survey. That's something i'd much prefer to see never come back. make a new version, decrease the value then release it.
I thought there should be "Please don't do that" option for each of them To let them see how many players are against certain options.
@Kralith said in February 2020 Playtest Survey:
@Eurav Yes, was thinking same
But i guess it was well thought through, since you just will write down stuff, if you are not entirely okay with the way the features actually presenting themself.
If you think the way is okay how some things are developed, you don't need to write anything. And you still have 2 ratings to difference between "Yeah, exactly how i wanted it" (aka Great) or "it's okay, lets see how it gets developed" (aka Good).
For great i'll agree but for good - that means it wasn't great for some reason so we could possible write "it would be GREAT if...."
I for one like the idea that you have to work hard to get Angel / Abomination and dislike the "i want now! give me!" You want the special race? Work for it!
There is always an option to play Beastman and travel faster on 4 legs
I'm very happy it's progressing smoothly and waiting patiently for next open test or beta 2
The knowledge system wasn't intuitive but it was interesting.
What was really missing for me was description in skills about armor limitations.
It will be nice to see how much the game has grown
The whole Unity is a ready "asset" In old days they would have to code everything from the ground. No point in reinventing the wheel.
