The Pre - Alpha players have singed a NDA, so the chosen players are not allowed to say anything about it.
The Alpha 1 (currently planned start is end of January) will not be under NDA anymore, so you can expect information / gameplay videos which will answer that question.

And even if they could, it would still depend on his computer.
That said, you should never expect an optimized product during any alpha phase.

Also, there could be a difference between server loaded with 50 people and server loaded with 10,000 people.
We will have to wait for beta for the real test.
