How important are the account quests?
-
So, will my progress in the account quest system end up being all that useful to my character ingame?
-
Not at all as far as I know. The Foundation is purely there for you to unlock cosmetic items for use in game, and some Dynamight Gold which will allow you to buy some more cosmetic items for your character.
I almost believe I read VIP membership cannot be bought with in game currency so it's purely for cosmetics I think.
Fractured characters are competitive from day one, so what you do here in The Foundation won't affect your progress.
But believe me: You want, nay, you NEED a Fendyr FireFox.
-
Yes, without the Fox everything will be so boring
-
"Useful" or no, I'm still pushing it as far as I can, just on principle
-
It's mainly cosmetics, probably won't be much useful, but it's nice to have while we wait for the game!
-
It's fun to have something to do while waiting for the game to release.
Also some cool unique cosmetic rewards come with it.
-
Well, there are a few interesting things:
-
The fendyr and fire fendyr
-
The wolf mount
-
The Dynamight gold (I assume you can do something with it)
-
The founders chests
-
list item
-
Armor skins
-
That one random banner
-
-
@wolfkomodo46
Dynamight Gold is cash shop currency!

Why exactly is there such an emphasis on the Fendyr pet ? What benefits/functions does it bring ?

It's cute and people like cuteness.
Besides that, nothing. It's a cosmetic pet that just follows you around. And.. it's cute.

They are important if you want to have ingame items. I just created this account yesterday and im lv61 and got 10 players recruited.
