Armoured Mounts

I would like an armoured goat with built in upgradable rocket launchers, allowance to attach several large kegs, auto auto pilot in care i pass out and fall off also side air bags, built in Ice cream maker for those hot days
What sort of mount would u want?

I know what i do NOT want.
I do NOT want "out of place" cosmetic circus mounts, like huge puppet kittens with giant ribbons on then, I do NOT want Teletubbie mounts, and all that sort of Korean style cosmetic crap.
I also do NOT want such costumes.

Please not. Rocket launcher? Maybe mario kart suits better for you. I totally disagree about battle mounts. I totally disagree of no-sense cosmetic mounts. I think mounts shoud stay light and follow the style of fractured. So the only armor for a mount should be a medieval style nothing more and nothing flashy or super colored.
My ideas of mounts are:
- beasts (animals of all kinds)
- fantasy animals
- mechanical vehicles that follow the style/design of the game (carriages, carts, caravans, hot-air balloons, zeppelins).

@finland yeah mate i was joking about the rocket launchers but i dont mind basic mounted combat even it was basic skills like firing off an arrow , also still like to see upgrades on mounts even if it was simple cosmetic options. Maybe a cover over the mount of our banner/symbol would be pretty cool. Also agree with Gothix about the crap we see in so many games.

@finland i agree with you. However, i think we can upgrade armored mounts for maybe a larger inventory( like a bag) so that when you're going to travel far away from home, if you have too many things to carry, you can store them in the bag

@ceasarbarion Thank you sir! I hope that there are mounts suitable for transporting more materials such as oxen, donkeys, mules, carts and caravans.

I also hope for a large selection of animals that serve different purposes (war, transportation, pack animals, animals for agriculture, etc...).

I just know I don't want them to stress really deeply about mounts that you actually give armor to. Would totally suck in a full loot game that even when your mount gets screwed you get screwed.

Those mounts and costumes aren't out of place - in the colorful settings of most Korean MMOs. They would be out of place in Fractured, though, outside of special events with deliberately festive outfits, and they would need to have more subdued colors to fit the render style.
I want more varied & creative mounts than horses and wolves. I don't terribly mind if the mount has wings but can't fly. I want to ride giant squirrels and kitsune and swamp dragons.

Since Fractured has survival mechanics to add complexity to travel, I wonder how mounts will affect that. Maybe different mounts will be more or less suitable for different biomes.
