This may be a stupid question, and/or I could have missed it, but how does one make a protein sack? I know how to do the cereal one, but what about protein?

I am very curious, how hard the Legends will be.
At least i did some first steps in fighting creatures yesterday.
I really like this new system, that you not just can rest at a campfire and being able to have an infinite adventure outside of your home.
Planning your journey is getting more important now.
Like never forgetting to take herbal remedy with you or resting at the last Tavern before you step into the unknown wilderness.I would really like it, if Legends demand even a better preparation than you usually do, if you go to explore.
