Can each of our account toons have a house?

This topic came up today, and I was wondering! Specifically, I'd like to have a Beastman with a house in Arboreus, a Human with a house in Syndesia, and a Demon with a house in Tartaros.
Will that be doable in any way? Say: maybe I can only have one claim per account anywhere in Fractured, but can I at least buy multiple city plots per account, on different toons in different places?

Just don't know which one anymore.As i'm remembering there was something like all characters share a house.
But it would not make sense, if you have a Beastman and a Demon, since both can't stay long, that means can't live on the opposite planet.

Kind of hard to share a house if you have characters made in each land. Although I can see claim locations disappearing fast if you can have multiple houses on one account. Nothing worse than never finding a node to build upon like UO had.

A house, though, can be on a city plot: which doesn't seem the same as claiming land for a house outside the borders of a city. In that case, maybe your toons can buy their own houses in a city, since it won't soak up individual claim plots.
Was that answered as well?

I wish that house ownership was limited on 1 per toon.
So each toon can have own house, but also that each toon can't have more than 1 house, so that housing locations don't become consumed too quickly.

This can also make sense, because if you have 2 evil characters, they are able to share house on Tartaros easily.

Was that answered as well?Having your house in the city is the same as claiming land outside of one. You have to choose one.

If you give each character / toon one house, I can create and keep up a town by myself.

Yea i have 3 toons and tried, wouldn't work. How cool would of it have been to to make 10 toons and have 10 houses all near each other. Instant town ownership lol

I feel like reasons like that are a factor why they may be limited.

I also believe it's hard to tell this alpha since we only have access to one planet. Someone stated above that we may have one per planet, but again, we can't test that. I would hope that would be the case, as I'm sure many people will want to have a safe secure player on the beastman planet and play an evil demon on other days, for all your bipolar needs.

Does city housing actually take up space or is it an instanced location? I think Shroud of Avatar has something like this to alleviate the problems UO had with limited housing. You pay rent for your apartment to keep it. SWG has instanced housing which btw is very spacious and well designed. You have the option of putting friends on your house list. That would be nice so you have a place to keep your belongings on all your characters. If not I hope there is at least a bank box.

I believe it was stated early that housing would not be instanced, only certain places you could place them. Maybe someone else could confirm that as well.

Maybe they will reconsider it if housing becomes a problem lol.

I remember that being a problem in Archage. If you didn't get in early, it was no bueno. I loved where my house was, had a great view
