  I really think something that should be implemented early so it has time to work out is a dmg v mob and a dmg v player system. I am happy devs seem to listening to feed back and making good changes so far but I really think a lot of skills could benefit from a shift to adding a system like this. Currently they are having to balance skills with one dmg number for both PvP and PVE. I think really working on balancing towards PvP is going to be important to the success of the game but if they totally botch those spells in PVE it’s going to make the early game experience poor as well. Beginning to add a system like this would allow an easier time of making both sides of the community happy.

  @spoletta I'll try clearing the cache. A VPN did nothing and as for the poster below, I tried without my firewall and it isn't being blocked anyways. Thanks anyhow I'll give it a shot tomorrow.

  My game bugged and it looks really cool, so here's my suggestion. In my game I was casting ice spells and something bugged and left me with some ice particles in my screen. Add effects to weapons/staves that have elemental properties. This is when my character is idle. This is when my character is moving.

  There are two channels in the official Discord channel for Fractured—#bug-reports and #player-feedback—that would be significantly more organized and easier to search through if they were made forum channels with categories/flairs/tags instead of text channels. As they are now, constant chatter (including irrelevant messages), lists, and paragraphs will push up every user's report/feedback out of sight where they won't be noticed, if they weren't noticed prior, without scrolling up to read each and every one. It does not feel good to see your input in these types of avenues get ignored then elevated out of sight. Forum channels would not only help to keep reports/feedback contained within their own groups (threads) for visibility but would also help others be able to add their own findings or thoughts into them with confidence that they would be seen—very much like how this and other web-based forums work; in addition, the categories/flairs/tags would give us the ability to filter them thus making searches easier and less time-consuming to do. Until those two channels transition into forum channels instead of remaining text channels, which are intended for casual conversations in the style of a text messenger, I will continue to submit my reports and feedback here and will advise others to do the same if they ask where to go to share their own. https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/6208479917079-Forum-Channels-FAQ Examples:

  Dude seriously? This is your rant? Everyone knows the risks of KS when they back a project. Look we paid our money and no we HAVE a game (which has not even actually launched yet). All those extra rewards are less important than getting the game done and launched. There is no 5 minute post. Anything posted to the site will live forever and must be thoroughly vetted. Also the game has shifted a fair amount from some of its original concepts. Some of the backer rewards may need to be altered to accommodate the changed game. This is stuff for later, not now. The lads got a game running, once they can actually officially launch those other concerns can be addressed.

In the past, subscribing to a paid vpn and connecting to Montreal or Toronto will solve the problem. Now this might not even work. The latest solution is to buy an ExitLag subscription. This will have a 99% chance to solve the problem.

  I was unable to link my account after buying the game on steam. Wasn't able to get any help. I finally changed my Fractured account password to something simpler, and was able to link. Apparently my password had a character that prevented the link, but there was NO feedback at all. Just nothing, after the link attempt. Also, my complex password was fine for my Fractured account.

  Reds can steal carts, that is normal. Having the young player protection protects you from them, but does not protect your cart.

  the deer is the only real option anyone saying anything diffrent doesnt understand the game int is needed for almost every spell and bleed dmg wisdom is only for healing dex is for fast weapons but there dmg is bad so not worth strength skill all suck no one good skill compared to spells basically to start you go deer go a caster then you can cruise through everything no issue go strength or dex and you will die all the time because spells are litterally needed to fight some mobs.

  Pictures have been suggested in the past. As to creature spawn locations, it has been said by the Devs that they want people to go out and explore, so they won't facilitate making it easier to share creature locations in such a way. you can tell others where things are but they won't provide a spawn point map or such info in the beastiary.

  System message get lost among the chat wall. It would be nice to see settings that allow system messages to be one of the available bright preset colors such as (fushia #FF00FF, lime green #FF5733, Orange #FF5733, Iris #5D3FD3, Naples Yellow #FADA5E ). System messages would include: Item damage (Your X is damaged. Your X has broken) Servers messages (Server will be shutdown in 10 minutes) Town creation\level\PVP Events As a second consideration, i would also like to see rewards shown in chat windows using the same vehicle as the personal items status (in addition to the text above characters head).
