New Cart Type Needed

I'd like to see a third type of cart that can hold regular items. Sometimes I need to move things like hides or ingots (or even tons of reagents) and the current carts don't allow for that action.

make a another talent preset with all the str and carry weight talents

@DarthJafo That is a good idea, but doesn't cover moving a large number of items.

Additional mounts* following the character around that can have saddles and/or saddlebags attached to them is what I had in mind. The main issue with this one is that the player will have to protect their mounts (which I'm okay with doing), @Wargfoot
