I did read through both the complete ToS and the complete PP.
Including:
'(...)21.6 The Commission of the European Union provides an Internet platform for online dispute resolution(...)
21.7 The Provider is not willing to participate in such an out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from contracts with our customers, not even under the VSBG (Consumer Dispute Settlement Act).'
Furthermore, the European Court decided in C-311/18, Schrems II that data transmission to the US can no longer be subject to the privacy shield.
Last, but not least, there's no way to access these '(...)EU standard contractual clauses/SCC(...)', so you'd have to go in with complete and blind trust that they are indeed covering complete European law and even if it did, the jurisdiction would be moved from European to US courts.
