@Kralith I think that's because a large city can't have less than 15 citizens.
It seems that large cities starts at rank 10 and the upkeep is same below that rank.
Small cities starts from rank 1 and their upkeep is less below 10.

[FRAC-2254] Forge Bug - Tools & Components from weapon/armor materials
If an ingot was selected as an ingredient on any weapon or armor tab, it will stay selected on the Tools & Component tab too.
This way it's possible to make Metal Sheets and Components from all the ingots that's selectable for weapons, like Rose Gold or Silver. -

RE: Regarding 'Strike Wounds'
Yes, it's an op skill now, particularly with fast weapons.
But it should have a 5 sec cooldown, as the description says.
With that it's worse than bleeding strike. -
RE: Temperatures & Weather Feedback Thread
About temperature:
Stacks are too much. For example 1 degree colder means 5% move speed penalty.
Affects people differently:- Speed decrease could mean death for kiters.
- Elemental builds' usefulness partly depends on the environment while other builds aren't.
- Some environment exclude some armors, making harder to collect knowledge there.
And a few ideas:
- Temperature effects could affect satiety/rest.
- Resting at a campfire/fireplace could buff cold insulation for a duration.
- Buildings could provide insulation for every effect.
About weather:
Rain will affect irrigation only? Or it will reduce evasion/accuracy/detection too? It could even change the respawn time of plants.
High intensity weather events will only make things harsh? Or will get some fun into the game? Like event mobs, drops or anything that'll make players interested in it?
It would affects the behavior of the mobs? Animals hiding from the storm? Humanoids (bandits, goblins) changing armor because of temperature changes or abandoning their camp while the storm there? Fire elementals fleeing from the water? Storm elementals buffed by storm? In short: temperature and weather could be a nice addition, but now it cause more problem than fun.
But as usually, I hope it will be a lot better than I can envision it.
My faith is stronger than my fear. -

Buggy stone block or wagon
I have a stone block in my wagon, that I can't get out of it.
If I click on them, after the animation I have nothing in my hand.
The other blocks are working fine.
Filling the wagon doesn't help. The blocked block stays in the wagon. -

RE: Young player protection
Let's say you want to try out a new build and for that you need some skill from the Goblin Warchief.
Your friends are at the other end of the continent, so you are trying to do it alone.
And you make a character, get some gear and go to Goblin Hills.
You can't get too good gear, because your main is a citizen of a city on the other end of the continent.
But it's still morning, so no one there.
You fight some Goblins on the way to the Warchief.
Nothing interesting.
But when you fight with the Warchief, PKers come, and kill you.
You loose everything and you can start again from the starting city.Yep, it could be intentional.
And I start to understand the necessity of the 3 worlds.
Tartaros is for PVP fans, Arboreus is for PVE fans and Syndesia is for PKers. -
Young player protection
New characters doesn't get the Young status, if an older character on the account already lost it.
