[FRAC-2254] Forge Bug - Tools & Components from weapon/armor materials

If an ingot was selected as an ingredient on any weapon or armor tab, it will stay selected on the Tools & Component tab too.
This way it's possible to make Metal Sheets and Components from all the ingots that's selectable for weapons, like Rose Gold or Silver.

This is also true for the reverse. Simple ingots can be used to make items that require Alloys, (I used Silver and Tin to make plate armor for example) However it does not add any bonuses that the ingot would apply to other things.
