You currently have roughly 250 people in the top tier (TF#12) and out of these, rank 100 is 'only' at level 312. Whereas you have around 43500 people in the 'lower' tiers. There's still plenty of time to focus on developing the game and not worry about adding tiers that the vast majority of players won't reach anytime soon in my humble opinion. And I would benefit from any added additional tier, so, I can't be biased against it
