Proxy's "Basic Overview" of Fractured

Hello Fellow MMO Enthusiats and Fractured Fans,
Noticing that the Kickstarter for this game has had very little in terms of publicity, have decided to
help the game get more attention by making an overview of the game.Keep in mind this is just a simple basic overview and some of the deeper mechanics are not explained,
but I may create more content to help explain the mechanics to a wider audience at a later date.Hope you enjoy it, and let me know what you think! Feel free to make any suggestions or improvements to my content
as well.

Very nice! It's funny that you think this game is similar to Ashes, since the reason I backed it is that IMHO it's NOTHING like Ashes. Different opinions, I guess.

@needlehawk Actually I didn't say this game is "similar to ashes" I said it has a localized market system and trading convention like EVE online and Ashes does AKA carts and haulers to move goods, opposed to "Auction Houses" like other MMO's have.
How you took that comparison and warped it to " the entire game is like ashes" is quite an impressive "feat". Not even sure how you managed it. lol.

nicely done, I linked this on a reddit thread over in r/mmorpg about Fractured, should actually have its own thread though, might want to run over and see about dropping it in. Game needs more hype.

@greenfire MMORPG reddit hates self-promotion though. Last time i posted a vid there i almost got lynched.

Yeah, that sub is a pretty cynical place. If you're self promoting or they feel like you're shilling for a game, it can get brutal. I get slightly worried when I see a Fractured post there because it gives people an opportunity to soap box about how awful kickstarter is and freak out about premium currency and VIP. I've been in a lot of those threads informing and correcting misconceptions to combat the cynicism.

I know, why i never liked reddit or similar community systems.
You are able to spread the words, but there are so much trolls around, that you need to be always worried about false accusation. Too much time to spend to correct such things, if you are not familar about the rules and acting in such communities.

@deathsproxy Have to do it within the rules, you can write a post first, not just link the video, and promote the game and your reason for making the vid would probably be okay. Mind you, it is reddit and people will jump on you for anything they can. Why I'm ignoring when Promethius keeps tagging me to post their updates hahaha, I'll reply on posts, but not gonna be the fan boy that keeps posting more and more about the game there. You can see that @Ladyrowan was already accused of being a dev doing a piss poor drop about their own game pretending to be a player.... eat you alive over there they will! I tend to stay to other communities there but at least had an account several years old so I wasn't accused of the same.

@greenfire Yep, followed the rules, made an exceptionally informative post in regards to AoC back in 2016 when no one had heard of it... Still got eaten allive. FeelsBadMan.
Whats worse though is that recently they have gotten slightly less "toxic" towards the game.
