Well, as some costumes or skins, maybee^^ But the Legend of Elves is not part of Fractured, also because they would exactly copy the beastmen in kind of territory e.g.

Neither. It's universe, with planets.

So new expansion can mean new discovered planets inhabited by new races. Elves could be one of the new races on one of these new planets.

I really support the idea of expansion planets with new races. It adds so much possibility for exploration and character development.
