Are there representatives for every language channel so the specific feedback still gets delivered to you? Or does it still make more sense to post a (combined) thread here on the forums?

@casgadom At the moment it would make more sense to make an english thread on the forum. We don't have moderators for other languages besides english yet. Well, except for Italian of course because the devs are from Italy.

Is there an official code of conduct somewhere for the community at large (I.e. Forums, Discord, etc.)?

@holyavengerone There's the Terms of Service, which outlines some of the rules under 5. Acceptable Use Policy. With that said, forum rules will be coming in the future because many people aren't aware of the ToS, and because there are a few things the ToS doesn't cover.
