Lets not forget that all skills aren't balanced yet, and also not checked fully against abuse. I was able to double cast fireballs in a specific way before cool down triggered, which was a massive damage spike.

Depending on which school of spells you want to focus on, you will need different attributes to pull out the most out of those spells.

For example for what we could call a "classic mage" (or Invocation School in Fractured) bring up INT as much as possible. Then check out which secondary school you would like to mix in (check out that spotlight) and select that attribute to bring up next.
For example if you want to mix in DIVINATION for utility (alongside your destructive INVOCATION spells), alongside INT, bring up PERCEPTION as well.
Whatever is left over, it is smart to spend on some CONSTITUTION, since this is a full loot PvP MMO, and unless you will opt to play only on Arboreus, you will need some survvability as well.
At least this is what I would do as "mage"... INVOCATION + DIVINATION schools, giving me destruction and utility.

Tbh "role playing" doesn't mean playing from first person.
Playing a role means, playing someone else, who isn't you. Be it a warrior, doctor, fireman, shaman, or a mage, some other person.
Do you have an isometric view, or view from first person, is something different.

Because in many occasions system could have hard time to decide on its own, which stat to decrease for you, especially if you didnt "slack" in any area.

I dont remember which MMO it was. But when you played an alt, and your main already had this learned, you got bonus learning speed on your alt for that particular thing.
Your alt still had to learn it but was able to do it faster.

Teleporting (even naked) between cities would bring up another issue, and that is ability for large armies quickly moving through the world which could cause much bigger issues than having a little time sink while traveling.
Traveling is in fact the point of Fractured, the world is meant to be big, and not simple to roam through, without investing time and effort.

In fact good players are able to travel the entire world and get all the knowledge points (eventually), while evil players can't enter large part of Arboreus and thus aren't able to explore everything and get 100% of knowledge points (ever).
Unless they convert to angels, to be able to enter Arboreus safe zones, but then they actually become good, once converted they are also stuck as angels (regression is impossible, not allowed by system), so they can never go back to being evil.
So you will never see an evil aligned player with 100% knowledge points.

I'm basically against any guild "levelup" / perk system and i'll tell you why.
Take for example Allods Online. Took ages to level up your guild, and guild level brings benefits. After a while few guilds stand out and everyone and his mother wants to be in those guilds because in other guilds you have not perks or you have to spend ages to get them.
Few leveled up guilds slowly take monopoly, because they are able to choose "best players around", and buy them out with "perks", while "low level" or fresh guilds struggle even more with recruitment, and only get fresh players because veterans don't want to go to fresh perk-less guilds.
It's just not good. I have bad experiences with it.

I love all cosmetic type rewards in any content. That also goes for the leader board content, as long, as many mentioned, it doesn't create physical power gap between players.
Rewards could include, as already mentioned, cosmetic clothes, pets, but also other types of cosmetic rewards like housing furniture (trophies...), or stuff that can be added to guild towns.
Perhaps besides only skins, even new cool building types, as long as they again don't create power gaps of any kind. For example, gain a cool sauna building where your members can relax!
Guild store is cool idea as well. Perhaps it could add some "guild theme colored" spell particles pack. So members who contribute most for the guild, can get their spells changed to guild colors.
Perhaps that would only be available in guild shop if someone actually buys it first from the in game shop for the guild, so dev team has something out of it as well, so the game can get better supported down the line.
