The prealpha will begin in the next few months. The alpha may be later this year or next year. Beta may be in 2 or 3 years. The game may find full release in 3 or more years.
The Kickstarter begins 1st of June and will allow you to buy into beta or alpha access. Prealpha access is based on Foundation progress, though.

But it still will take a good time till Dynamight will be able to set a release date.
I‘m curious about the first impressions of the game and about start date of Alpha.
It would be totally untrustworthy if we get within the next 12 month any date of release.For Pre-Alpha we know about autumn, maybe, IF all runs fine the Alpha will start end of the year too, all other dates we will not get before it.

a better question, i think, will be how long every phase going to be ?

Even that would be untrustworthy to set, because it very depends how good or bad the phases will run.
Well, at some point the Devs will be able to point a special date or a duration of a phase.
