[FRAC-2265] Can't place anything in home

It says you have to be in a home you own to do that. I'm in my house. I also can't place a chest or anything.

I can confirm same.
I can't place anything in my 2x2 Patio House on a 3x3 Personal Town Plot.
Chests Blueprints stay red.
Fireplace blueprint not even appears, since it says i can't build this, because i need to be in a house:
