Hello, since the introduction of the store i cannot access the categories 'News', 'Forum' or 'Login' on mobile.
All others categories with sub-categories works.
Tried on Firefox and Chrome.

Sub section could just be called Problems and Solutions and it could be used for all issues, website and otherwise (website, store, payment, community issues, future game issues, alpha / beta issues if it will not be under NDA,...).
A locked and pinned Q&A thread (or more threads, website Q&A, store and payment Q&A,...) can be posted in this sub section for issues (and solutions) that are already known, and these pined threads can be updated by devs (or mods) as community notices new important issues and discusses / solves them in separate threads there.

You need a way to lock old test groups so people don't post to it when the test is complete.

@Jetah true. Problems and Solutions could then have extra sub sections tied to certain theme.
Problems and Solutions
- website
- store and payment
- community issues
- ...
Each of these subsections could then have it's own locked and pinned Q&A thread and players could create their own separate threads about issues they discover.
Alpha 1, Alpha 2, Beta 1, Beta 2,... could be added as subsection to Problems and Solutions (and locked / archived afterwards) or could be added to completely separate parts of forums and not tied to Problems and solutions section at all.

I like it. I've been wondering about where to post questions/suggestions/concerns about the website. It would be great to have a central place to write up any issues found.
