System Specs/Upgrades For Fractured.
-
Good Day Folks!
For those of us who have upgraded our systems for the upcoming Alpha 1 test and beyond I would be curious to learn what types of systems this game is going to be tested on.
I myself used to be a Computer Engineer For Hewlett Packard so I went pretty crazy on my latest system build. Mind you that for what I had spent on this.... I could have done much better had I been American as we Canadian's pay much more for our parts than our neighbors do.
If you care to contribute or share your specs please do so!
Look forward to seeing you all in game!
My Specs:.......
Asus ROG Claymore Mechanical Keyboard Cherry Red with Optional Numberpad:
Asus ROG Spatha Mouse:
Asus Centurion 7.1 True Surround Headset:
Asus ROG Zenith Extreme Motherboard:
Asus PG258Q 240HZ Refresh Rate + G-Sync:
Asus Strix GTX 1080TI O/C Edition Card:
TridentZ Memory (16 Gigs Total)
AMD Threadripper 16 Core:
Cosmos II Case:
I do not have a camera but I have done alot of custom work to the system as well. I ordered the clear acrylic
panel from MNPCTECH and got some ROG Overkill Fan Grills for it. Plus some other RBG Lighting and front
panel compartments.. the usual dvd-r player and took kit box and such. Fan header extension cards, M.2 Drives,
SSD Drives.. so forth.I would be interested in seeing what systems other people are running. I do also have a huge tv connected but I am waiting
for the BFGD Display from Asus to come out. It's like 65 inches of screen with G-Sync at 120 Hz which should be very cool to see.

6."We’re working to keep Fractured available on mid-range computers and laptops as well, including those a few years old."
I believe that this advertisement is not relevant here and the game will run on computers 200X years!))

@VyrVandalous I don´t even wanna post my setup after reading all dis x.x
let´s just say my PC is crap...
GTX 960, 8GB RAM, i5 - 4460, random 250GB ssd (yes, 250GB is enough for me ) ...
For screens I have: Alienware AW2518H 24.5 Zoll (240 Hz)
and a random 60Hz screen as my secondary.
The kayboard I use is a Corsair K70 RGB MK.2 Low Profile (don´t really know about switches but says it has rapidfire switches (cherry mx speed), Idk, but I think its silver switches? )
Logitech G502 Mouse
Sharkoon Shark Zone H10 Headset
Well, that´s it
And now.. I am waiting for somebody to post his / her 5 year Laptop as their setup

Dude
Your computer is quite nice
You're running a 240 hz refresh rate monitor and that's no small thing there.
You got a great RGB keyboard and mouse with macro keys/a gamers set up.
You're running on an SSD...
It's a nice rig dude...
And yes.. I do like it!

i'm not saying my set up is old but...

@Gibbx What games can it actually play?
Who's system are you referring to ?
-
When you initiate to compare your material, in a virility mode, better to have some background of computer history ^^ Only ones using to know it or part of this old world would do it look at this (I used this one, hear the sound of the boot) :

I like this computer but I love Fish More.
Nice wet scaley flippery gasping for air fishee's.
-
I'm sticking with my current PC for now.
[i7 6600K, R9 390 8G, 8Gb RAM] playing at 1920x1080
Everything I'm playing atm runs smooth at this resolution.
I will be checking out the new components in a year or so, if this starts to become insufficient.
