Just theoretically here... Lore wise beast men (while they are good) would never have the slaves because they are locked into good alignment. In theory they would only get an option to have slaves once they cross into bad, but at that time they wouldn't be allowed to go to Arboreus anymore. So Arboreus as a planet would have no slavery. Syndesia, and Tartaros would have possibility for slavery. Syndesia is a constant battle between good and evil, so if there was an evil city with slavery, once this city was taken and new city government would turn it into good, slaves that are there would be freed. So Syndesia would have changeable situation depending on who owns which city and how he rules it. Tartaros as FFA would have no rules, but existing slaves would get stolen by one player from other player, and they would change hands same as any other goods. So for that reason, you would be able to have slaves, but you wouldn't have any security about how long you will get to keep them.

The devs have said that they took inspiration from Guild Wars for the character building, so I'm going to assume it works similarly and each skill will scale off of a single attribute (outside of the inherent benefits you get from attributes). So for the conjuration example, some skills will scale off charisma, and others will scale off int.

I plan to make something as close to a paladin as I can (something that can take hits and throw a heal or two here or there).

@chrightt But that's ASIA for you. They are only just beginning to understand just how different the mentality is in the rest of the world toward such systems. Their online games are full of gacha and P2W stuff. Some are starting to get it, though. Less and less of that, slowly, is making the trip overseas. Whether any of the other design things that are different make much change, that at least has been heard. To what extent that will happen is anyone's guess, but... there's at least some hope for future projects.
