OFC there will be an system to prevent hacking/cheating/botting tell me ONE mmorpg that doesnt have a system to prevent hacking/cheating/botting... some of the games have better systems than others but all of them have a system to prevent hacking/cheating/botting... I remember one game where the anti botting system was a huge monster that spawned and 1 hit killed the bots, that was cool because we could SEE it happening and worked as a deterrent.

I love how GGG does their shop with Path of Exile.
keep a core set of packs. Include seasonal pack options.
add to your cosmetic spell, gear, pet, housing.
Cosmetic spells would be nice
Bien! Oui! Cosmotique magique!!! viva bien!

The Angel quest line isn't suppose to be easy. I personally think it should involve doing everything.
being hard isnt the same thing as doing everything... there are multiple interesting way they could make it hard.... I'd rather they stick to their core philosophy of letting players do what they like. some of us don't like pvp NOT b/c it's hard but b/c we don't enjoy it... the game should cater to everyone not just you...

testing could make it easy. talk to npc, get the new thing. beta could have a few parts of the quest chain to make sure things work well. then for live the whole chain could be add in. if DS wanted to they could add in parts each week/month thus time gating it.
but i really would like to see it be a all-the-things type quest chain. get all the knowledge. do all the professions (that we can do). do pvp. do pve. do invasions. do defense of said invasions. do city sieges. etc. make sure the person is well rounded and has done it all.not every one wants to do everything and this idea of forcing people to everything pretty much goes against everything that this game promises... the whole point of having three different worlds is to have players who want to do different things play without feeling like they need to do stuff they don't want... so whats the point of making an achievement be gated behind something like completing everything in game? I'd rather they do something interesting than just amke it hard for the sake of being hard...

RE: Emergent NPC AI
@dawnofcrow this is similar to the "living world" concept thatmakers of Legends of Aria (used to be known as Shards mmo) were promising... the legend of aria devs realized that players were killing off mobs quicker than they could spawn... with the size of mmo population living/changing world just cant survive... the orcs would be massacred two seconds after spawning and wont even get the chance to walk two feet away from the spawn point let alone wander the world creating orc camps.... not sure why Devs haven't brought these ideas into single player though! would be amazing to have something like this in single player!

RE: Emergent NPC AI
@deusex2 there was NOTHING wrong with EQ-Next, I still haven't figured out wtf happened with that project... they had some of the greatest ideas at least on paper. as @HalcyonFalx said even if they had managed to do HALF of the things they promised it would have been an amazing mmorpg... oh well

RE: Summoner
@gabrinoel there is defenitly a necromancer class that summons skellys
And conjuring for items and objects like flying swords and thingsSummoners and necromancers are NOT the same thing and have NEVER been the same thing in any game... Necromancer summons are usually restricted to corpses and reanimation while Summoners usually summon elemental or in some cases beasts... additionally conjuring flying swords MAY be considered part of the summon class but if it's only summoning inanimate objects then the class can't be considered a complete summoner class...
