Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Once I'm done with this, I'll probably move on to some history or philosophy, depending on how hard I feel like racking my brain.

Renegade Immortal
https://www.wuxiaworld.com/novel/renegade-immortal
A xianxia(chinese fantasy, involving cultivation and immortality) novel, got hooked up on the genre, as a whole.
The author, Er Gen, has, already released several books, all sharing the same multiverse and are carefully interwined.
Even though Renegade Immortal is the very first book in series, because of it's grim nature it is less popular one, even though it's the best one, in my opinion.
The series are getring less grim and more lighthearted with every book, while still containing a healthy dose of chinese philosophy regarding daoism, action and drama. So if you're interested in the series, but not so keen on grim and brutal "dog eats dog," worlds, I suggest you start reading from the most popular book in the series,"I Shall Seal The Heavens."
It's a third book in the series and is a proper balance of humor, action and drama. Even though, I still recommend start reading from the very first novel, because it sets the tone for all the cultivation worlds and universes... and makes the following books all the more hillarious and outrageous, when you compare it what should be happening to what's happening, instead

Hey, I liked that one!
I'm currently reading Faith of the Fallen, book #6 in the Sword of Truth fantasy series, and I just finished With Frederick the Great, a Tale of the Seven Years War, a G. A. Henty historical novel.

Absolutely FABULOUS topic! Thanks to OP for starting this thread
Currently reading Gnomon by Nick Harkaway (if you like Cory Doctorow and Neal Stephenson, check him out!) but also a history book about the 14th century called A Distant Mirror by B.W. Tuchman
@mal3diction - I love N.K. Jemison!!!! Just finished the Killing Earth trilogy and have the first book of her Dreamblood Duology at my side as I type - but that hold came in at the library just as I had started Gnomon, so now I'm torn and may need to stop hanging around on this forum to get them both done before they're due

Honestly, I've liked "Sword of Truth," books quite a lot, once I've started reading them, but the more books I've read-the less I liked it, especially since I've started reading "Sword of Truth," right after running out of,"Wheel of Time," books. Just seemed pale in comparison.

Ooh, I love Brandon Sanderson's stories too, especially the Stormlight Archive. Enjoy.
Skyward and the Mistborn series are also a lot of fun.

I cant disagree with you. As that series went along it kind of got too dragged out. I think he let that series play out just a little to long. I am enjoying the Nicci Chronicles though and Nest and The Girl in the Moon are just terrifying.
I feel like I need to dive into the WoT but I am not sure I have time...

If you haven't read any WoT books, then make time! It's worth it-believe me. Truth be told, I've been itching to finish reading the series, since 2007, but every time I'd get the opportunity, I'd back off, frightened, being burned by Dune prequels, which felt more like fan fiction.
