For the community, I put here a calculator in an opendocument format (with calc). It could help you to conceptualize your character idea.
I don't think to do more than that. This document is based on information contained on the news and information you could find on @prometheus answers.

It is never too early to have fun with "theory crafting"
If the basics behind a "theory" change, just change the "theory" (in this case the calculator) as well. Adds another level of fun to it

I am always thankful to the people who do the theory spinning for me.
Good Guides need to learn from early start.Also think about, even while Alpha and Beta will change much, such an calculator can also help to unhide unbalancing or non working skills.

@Logain it's just a sheet to help players to distribute the 100 or 120 race points and to understand the creating system. I created this worksheet on may 2018 so it's not too soon :)- .
