PETS!
-
Tell me about your pets cause Iβm bored and have nothing else to talk about,
I have 7 English bulldogs
-
2 miniature schnauzers (one is just a month and a half old) a 16 year old Severe Macaw and a 26 year old Quaker Parrot. I am a bird person and my wife is a dog person. We adopted the Macaw from a neighbor that was moving but I had the Quaker since he was a baby. The Quaker is my bird alone, and I fully trust that bird 100% and he has the same trust in me, the Macaw bonds more with my wife as he was initially bonded with a female but we have become great friends and as long as we are alone he is super cool with me... but if my wife is around he only wants her attention, I have a couple nasty scars from her entering a room while we were playing and I didn't see her first.

@mazikar lol thanks for sharing

I had 1 cat, that is sadly had to put to sleep yesterday. She was old and very sick up to a point I had to feed her with a syringe. Last time I fed her she gave me this look that it's been a good life and that I should let her go.
RIP Panya (Apr 2001 - August 31, 2018)
Out of my life, always in my heart.

@evolgrinz sorry to hear mate, I know how attached pple become to their pets.
for myself I am not a pet person. I really don't care for them and obviously have none.
-
@evolgrinz My condolences, it must have been tough.
I haven't had a pet in over 10 years but I have had a hamster, a dog and parakeets. I have wanted to adopt a couple cats but the the problem is that I currently live in a way too small apartment. I would rather first have some more space than have me and pets confined in such a small flat
-
@evolgrinz gawd thatβs so sad Ik how you feel I hated it when my cat died
-
@EvolGrinZ I' so sorry about your cat. I had to let 2 of mine go a few years back due to age and illness. It still hurts to think about that, but they gave me so much joy during their lives, I wouldn't have traded them for the world.
-
Sorry for you, @EvolGrinZ
3 dogs (one "bas rouge" (the translation is "low red", but ddon't know if it's really that x) ), who's pretty old (we thought he would die this spring, but still here), and two we don't know their race ^^), 4 cats for the moment (it change everytime ^^), my mother have around 13 donkeys, we had chickens (just needed one fox to eat them all ), yes, it's pretty a farm
-
@esher oh wow I love farms
-
@crache have 3 gold fishes
-
I have four cats. That all misbehave at some point or another.
So they all have regular names (Zora, Cloud, Xeva, Abby) and then they have Chinese food names
Beef and Broccoli, Kung Pow Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, Orange Chicken.
When they misbehave I call them by their take-out name and like magic they start to behave again.
-
@jahlon thatβs so cute I love the names
-
Thanks!
Strangely, my wife & I got cats together.
But I only got a say in their Chinese food names.
They are "our" cats but "her" names.
The married life

@jahlon xD
-
Thanks for all the kind messages.
I am staying positive through this all. When I am ready for it, I will be able to save another cat from the shelter who is desperate for a forever home.
-
@jahlon truthfully idk why anyone would bother giving cats name since everyone knows they done come when you call but the "Chinese food" names has me spewing coffee all over my kb and monitor
-
