I would presume it would last no longer than until launch.
That's about two to three years away, so.

I think it was mentioned it will end with pre-alpha start, not sure tho.

I think what @thudaron said is correct, I think I read or heard about it somewhere in the youtube Q&A, not 100% so hope forums can clear this query for me
