Glyph User Migration FAQ

OK, migrated my account. Got the message saying so as well as seeing a list of the pets I bought.
But when I try to log back in here I get a message "Device verification missing. Please verify your account via glyph."
Logged into glyph and already went through transfer process??

Your supposed to get an email from Glyph with the verification code. Some have taken 20 mins to arrive, mine took a couple hours.
Alternative, if its available download the Glyph Auth app for your phone and set that up

But not I still can't login. I put my password and glyph auth. But asks me for fractured code again.

I'm not sure what the fractured code is. Should only be the device verification code which is the Glyph one.

I'm not sure what the fractured code is. Should only be the device verification code which is the Glyph one.
After I put in the glyph one it processed. I had already activated fractured version (account guard).
But ends up it's a browser issue. Looks like I need to change my default.

@dracokalen Oh. I use Chrome pretty much exclusively. I hate Edge and IE is just garbage

@nebulus Thanks I think I have it completed. Then I moved to a different computer and none of the passwords worked . Getting through it.

Well it was avasts secure browser. I'm not sure how it became my default browser.
I typically use opera, and that works just fine

I use opera too, and it worked fine. Could that be the issue?

Well i use opera aswell but ran into problems which got solved through the support.

First rule of troubleshooting browser issues is always try a different one. IE is slowly being phased out completely for Edge so many sites just outright fail.
I use chrome for just about everything and rarely have any issues with current sites. Definetely not with Fractured or Glyph. Beyond the code verification thing which was solved with the Auth app. Which, appears to be having many issues with IOS, but thus far not with android. That i've read anyway.

It was visible for a moment at the end of the migration where it outlined what exactly had been transferred. Now it just lists the new packs.
Are your packs still missing? If not, how did you end up getting this issue fixed?

No, the packs arent listed on Glyph. Further, founders stuff isn't in the beta anyway. They said on the QA that all previous founders packs would be honored. Specifically Lifetime VIP for Eternals.

I don't know if someone said it here or not, but this post +- is useless, since only users who have logged into their accounts can use the forum's search engine, respectively, even if they enter "Glyph" in the search, they will be told that they need to log in. As I actually tried to do everything initially.

Do you have any way to show that you purchased the eternal pack in the past? When I migrated my fracturedmmo.com account into my existing Glyph account, my founders pack disappeared from the fracturedmmo.com website.

I have email for the purchase. And if you look at your profile it should say your an eternal. As to the actual pack though, Fractured store says i bought silver first, then a short time later platinum
Really i bought Champion first for the Alpha access and then after alpha i bought eternal.
