Claim permissions incorrect

The Co-owner of my claim (I am the one who paid) built a smelter and woodcutting station, but as the land owner, for some reason I don't have permissions to access them? Which is absurd

@FuggleMuffin confirmed bug. it's only the crafting stations with buckets like the woodworking or smeltery. The person placing them has permission to access the bucket but no one else can access the bucket.
I'll caveat this by saying this has happened outside the town on a small plot. not sure how this might be impacted in villages.

Isn't that because who places the building owns the building even if the plot belongs to someone else?
I might be wrong but it could make sense somehow.
Otherwise it's just a bug.
