Skill, and Spell Power
-
Example: Conjuration "The power of most abilities belonging to this school depends on the Intelligence and Charisma of the caster."
Does this mean:
- Some spells will rely on Charisma for power and others Intelligence
or - The sum of both will determine power for most spells in this school
- Some spells will rely on Charisma for power and others Intelligence
-
@crowdac Due to these characteristics, these skills will have more potential than if you will be pumped other points
damage, cooldown, effect (my assumptions)
-
Hi @crowdac, i think one attribute could change some setting (area, power) and another could change some others (time, magic mana consuming), so your first entry. Reading this spotlight #5 could help you to understand some attribute impact.
-
@crowdac Could just be that since some of Conjuration is conjuring creatures, Charisma comes into play as it affects how many you can control.
-
It could be a mix of the two as well. We know that minions are all about Charisma, in effect.
-
If I had to guess I'd say INT is used to determine the strength of the spell, and CHA is used to determine the duration.
So with higher INT, you can conjure more powerful weapons/minions, while higher CHA will enable you to control these weapons/minions for a longer time.

The devs have said that they took inspiration from Guild Wars for the character building, so I'm going to assume it works similarly and each skill will scale off of a single attribute (outside of the inherent benefits you get from attributes). So for the conjuration example, some skills will scale off charisma, and others will scale off int.
