Will this game be friendly to people who are new to the mmo world

I invited a friend who is new to playing mmos, so I was wondering if this game would be a good introduction to the mmo world or if I should get him to try a few more games before playing.

I think it will be, as it will be friendly to carebears who just want to live their PVE life and as it will be challenging for the people who like to find their goal in a good PVP fight.
Thats at least the vision.
I think you will get much help by community too, as long you are able to talk and ask.

stick to the pve planet, where the Beastkin live, and it'll be pretty easy. but if you wonder in the wrong parts during an invasion you'll probably be killed.
