Night/Day events

We know that the game has night and day cycles! what would be cool is having events that can only be done in those times. For example thieves that show up at night or vampire/ werewolf etc. or even have certain mobs that get stronger at night vs day and get better loot drops.

@althalus I believe that it is in the game. Some kind of production night of the glowing mushrooms, the ghosts that appear at night on the graves and so on. Otherwise, the meaning to introduce a system of day and night. Just to ensure that we are on the planets they are orbiting in your solar system?

some games have night/ day but they dont really do anything. game just gets dark and light. its good to hear that thats not the case with this game

@althalus That's what the games are smart enough to do the migration of animals? This I mean that, they just add different capabilities in day and night

In cities I would like to see during the day that kids play in the street and groups of birds in town square that fly away if you come close.
At night I would like to see NPC's have drunken brawls and prostitutes whisper you if you pass by them.

I agree. Would be pretty sweet to have specific events that occur depending on night/day. Would also be nice if there were differences in mobs depending on night/day as well. Maybe you stumble upon some resting mobs during daylight and they are quite easy. At night they would tear you apart.

Not sure about events, but we do know Shadow Demons will get buffs during night time. This might apply to certain mobs as well, like @Esoba said, so that when you're hunting for specific monsters, you should take into account whether they're nocturnal or diurnal. That would be a neat little feature, and it shouldn't be too hard to implement programming-wise.

@benseine I know couple of single player games that have NPCs with fully flushed out routines where they live their own life. would be great to see that kind of mechanics but I doubt its possible do that with every npc in an mmorpg. but definitely would love to see random NPCs atleast do SOME of the things you mentioned! maybe the merchants and quest givers cant go home and sleep in the night cycle but other non important random npcs can have their own cycles!

I like it. Could make the exploration for knowledge point extra challenging. Even more if you throw in migration of animals

In aspect of payment model, not really, game is hard P2W, and their population is brutally low, but few whales that are continually sinking in tens of thousands of euros are single handed keeping servers alive, even with game having otherwise pretty low pop.
But in aspect of promotion, yes they do. Sexy characters always attract lots of crowd.
There is no denying that.
