Problems logging into fracturedmmo.com

Since yesterday I can´t login to Fracturedmmo.com.
I have, today, migrated and linked accounts succesfully.
When I get to the login screen it asks for my glyph code. I start the app and enter the code wich brings me to "Bla bla, new device, enter code we have sent you". I then enter the code sent to my e-mail, pressing enter and voila, back to fracturedmmo.com not logged in and being stuck in this loop.
What am I missing?

Try using your code without the -, ie. 123456 (instead of 123-456).

@Arcahem Thanks, I´ve tried that aswell and I´ve tried different browsers. I´ll try installing Glyph on the pc when I get back home and see if that makes a difference.
Everything worked fine yesterday when you didn´t need the Glyph code.

Yeah, after the migration a few people experienced issues with the website, but it seems like they are getting fixed.

I have exactly the same issue. I am in a loop. After entering the code I get from "Fractured Online Accountmanagement" I get back to the starting page and have to try to login again.
This seems to be a broader issue so pls fix!

Ohh yeah and for some reason I can log into the forum but not the Fractured main site!

Are you using the Glyph authenticator code for the login page Glyph code box? I was initially confused trying to use the emailed codes, but the code from the authenticator app was what I needed to login on the Fractured page

no I dont have the authenticator activated so i just let that field free in the login page. The problem is the window that comes after the login where I get send a code per mail which on entering just brings me back to the main page and i am logged out again. Tried with several browsers and adblock deactivated.

And another fun fact if I would need the glyth authenticator app to log in I wouldnt even be able to download it on IOS in my country (Germany). How hard can you fail with a migration? I hope the development of the game itself goes better than your migration attempt.

I hope Gamigo will consider sunsetting their proprietary authentication app and allow the user to choose an authenticator app like Authy.

Its six characters all together. If so, then no idea, but ive seen a lot of people, myself included, make that mistake initially

Unless its different in other countries, in the auth app it currently shows 847-600. For there not to even be a regional option for the app is silly.
Clearly, this was not well thought and tested. And only 5 days until launch, I predict an delay/extension.

The worst thing is I have access to my forum account for whatever reason but as soon as I try to login on the mainpage I get into that loop I explained earlyer. And even if i wanted to fund and support the game right now by buying beta access I couldnt because I have no access to my account.

I know your pain, I couldn't download the authenticator in iOS living in Las Vegas USA either. Fortunately I had an Android work phone, but that had it's own set of issues after downloading the app. Got it working now, but it would be nice if there were more authenticator options besides the Glyph one. Hopefully the migration team are not game developers also

Sounds like that might be more of an Apple issue than glyph. I was able to download it to my android phone in Reno with no issues

Sure, I was able to use Android also. But the question becomes ‘can anyone download it on iOS’? If not, why wasn’t the link verified first? If so, then it’s on Apple. Based on what I’ve see so far, I’m inclined to believe it is not Apple

That COULD be the app itself, but since it works just fine on Android if no one can use IOS then it has to be the platform.
Wether thats cause the APP isn't optimized for apple or the OS is somehow not compatible i'm not sure because I adamantly refuse to have anything to with IOS.
