I'm looking forward to having some PVP fights and also trying out the new talent system.
also hoping to see the new city system works out.

Definitely trying out the talent tree and seeing how the balance is.

I am looking forward to being able to go hunt down my character build. Its nice to know that you wont have everything at the start and got to go study enemies to start unlocking skills.

FOR the Testing part to go well. Cities go well. THEN all the care bears pick a faction and actually get some PVP action going instead of a bunch of farmer johns running around!

City management. Fractured's promised political/territory system is innovative and more intricate than any I've previously encountered in an MMORPG.
This test will be the first strong indicator as to whether the devs will follow through with their ambitious promises.

idk why people are so pumped up about the PVP when 1) It's not the aim of the next test, and 2) every PVP mechanic is broken atm as it's not the intended area of 'testing'.
but to answer the Q, it's to see what the foundational outline of the city building of the game would look like.

Maybe when people say they are excited about PVP, they mean they are excited about Playing Very Pationately.
