If you read the terms and conditions really carefully too, there is a part in it that seems to suggest multiple account IS NOT okay.
Acceptable Use Policy 5.2 is as follows;
..."(vi) use software or automated agents or scripts to produce multiple accounts on this Website, or to generate automated searches, requests, or queries to this Website."

That just says you are not allowed to use bots / scripts or whatever to automatically create accounts. Creating them manually is not a problem.

Using an internet application is still using software, whether it is automated or not.

Then if they allow something on their website that is against their TOS it is poorly programmed.

Programming can never be perfect. Every code, no matter how well written, can always be worked around by other skilled people.

This is why TOS exists, to state what is not allowed, regardless if players are actually able to exploit it or not.

In regards of this instance, it is not allowed that same person plays more than one account simultaneously (logged in at same time). Regardless if this is done with software, or otherwise.

You can try to find "loopholes" in wording, but this will still not be allowed, and potentially questionable wording (if there is one) will get fixed and re written.
