This is based on my current knowledge of the game, so please correct me, or adjust more info if you can.
As far as I am aware, there are
only 15(corrected by @Roccandil 46 of max 47 silly me !) Governor Pledge packs in total. For 3 planets If we start with only 1 global Server. (If we start with an EU and NA server that would immediately double the possible town plots)Even that would leave enough room for more towns to be established by Governors, not having a Governor pledge pack. You don't need a Governor pack to become a Governor of a town.
When the player base will grow, more servers will become available and so fort and so fort.
10 Governors in 1 Guild would be a waste IMHO, as you would also have to maintain 10 Towns then to have all the benefits. That would need a lot of players in your Guild.

RE: Int, is the most important crafting stat!
In the Q&A Crafting & Building this subject was mentioned (time stamp 29:58) Stat is related/will influence crafting, few examples were given:
STR will influence Metalworking, PER & DEX will influence Jewelcrafting, DEX will influence Crafting with claws.
So INT will not be the only stat, the question remains how the relation/influence will be in detail.

@Roccandil Mage armor does not seem to work in a logic way right now. Mage armor gives 230 armor value, but will not go above 250 with extra added value from leather armor pieces. That one is already reported as a possible bug. Cloth armor even adds nothing extra to the 230 from Mage armor.

@Roccandil Two possible explanations I can think of are (assumptions as I have no access to the code
- Crit chance is capped at 4%
- The value is a rounded number: For example 3,6 (from PER) + 0,6 (From DEX) makes 4,2 which gives again 4%
I will add an explanation and a disclaimer to the original post.

For STR + DEX + CON at lvl 10 you will have 1600 Endurance. On top of that you get 800 extra for STR at lvl 18, 240 for lvl 18 DEX and 240 for lvl 18 CON, makes the total of 2880.
Same goes for Life

@WhiteLotus So far there is only a limitations that you have to equip a specific weapon style to use certain spells or skills (as in unarmed, 1 handed, assassin weapon, blunt) You can easily weapon switch between 3 weapons you have chosen.
No sign of an ultimate skill in the currently available game or information.

RE: Necromancy and alignment
I understand where the idea/feeling comes from. To be honest I neither don't see Necromancy as a logic choice for my Erwydra Caster/Healer.
But that would be like that Restoration (The school of Restoration grants its user several ways to fortify, restore and purify the energy flowing in all living creatures.), should be affected by a good alignment. After all, evil people should not be as good in doing good as evil people. On a side note do you know people who are only good or evil
I like the current freedom of choosing what skills/spells to use. When I play on a Monday after the first workday of the week I like to be able to kill using Necromancy . On other days I'll be my normal self, healing and buffing my fellow tribesmen
