Agreed. Otherwise Nekrage may come back in this thread and tell him to fuck off again.

@Harleyyelrah I cannot agree more.
This decision really makes me question the overall goal behind Fractured.
The "3 planet appeal to everyone" approach is not going to work. Rules like this "Your enemies trying to kill you can benefit from the hard work you put in your city" seems to be a casualty of this design approach.
We need to stop catering to solo players. This is an MMO. They SHOULD have a hard time and they should find it much more difficult than an organized guild.
One or two more changes like this and I have to say I'm out.
You will perform worse in an MMO when playing solo. Period.
That's how it is. That's how it always should be. This is an MMO, not a single player game.
As for cities this design is a damn joke and it absolutely benefits players avoiding city ownership the most.
My guild would just camp cities, use their shit and kill everyone as they leave. A city is just a big red target planted on your guild.
If this is how we plan to proceed....I'm out right here and now.
@grofire said in The decision for public vs citizens-only crafting stations should be made by Governors, not Dynamight:
you will not able to kill them before or after , they go inside the city
i know your not very creative, so let me to help you, after they leave the city, towards their own city... try to catch them...
You're an absolute idiot.
Why leave when you are at a disadvantage? Just sit in the city and wait for the most opportunistic time to jump out and attack people.
Allowing your ENEMIES to benefit from your work is fucking laughable. "Ohh I know we were just killing each other but come on in, craft some new armor and weapons then attack me with them." - Anyone that supports this shit is a goddamn moron.
Players WILL exploit this for their own advantage. Enjoy the non-stop shit talking in local chat of your city that you can't do a damn thing to stop.
In my opinion players should not have the ability to have spaces in their names ESPECIALLY after the name. This becomes far too "trollable".
Guilds should be able to have spaces but not at the end. I just made 2 guilds, one with a space at the end. This can be used to mimic other guilds and cause potential drama.
It seems a lot of players are unaware they can join a militia to begin PvPing. I believe a good way to fix this would be to add it as a suggestion/tip on the last stage of the tutorial that tells players to explore the 3 locations.
This should bring some more PvP to the alphas.
Shields seems to be forgotten in Fractured's current state.
We have a brand new talent system but not a single talent that works with shields.
Perhaps a 20% of armor also applies to all resistances when a shield is equipped or something along those lines.
Support your shield bearers!
Currently it seems strength and intellect are everything. You could have 18 in strength and intellect and be an absolute powerhouse.
The other attributes are far too weak. I believe we need to start with strength. It's the armor, health, health regen, endurance, endurance regen, carry weight AND melee damage stat. It does FAR too much.
Intellect does spell damage, mana, mana regen AND Memory Points. It also does far too much. Some of these need to be moved to other stats.
Why is constitution not the tank stat?
@PeachMcD said in Durability is depleting WAY too fast + Tanks are getting screwed!:
Poor tank! But, to play demon's advocate...
...in a 1on1 with a Legendary Boss, realistically, a fighter would expect their armor to get pretty trashed, I'd think. even if there are mages and rangers fighting at a distance and a bard to buff y'all, the armor is gonna take a lickin'It is a shame that armor can't be repaired. Realistically, it would make sense for there to be a way to repair armor, even if it didn't fix up all the way to its starting stats.
I absolutely agree. It does MAKE SENSE that the armor taking hits would lose more durability. That's the issue. Realism does not make for good balance and gameplay. This is a prime example of that.
Metal armor is both more expensive to make AND it takes more durability damage since you are tanking with it.
If you block and attack that is supposed to have an additional effect such as a stun you will still receive the stun.
It seems totems do not take damage from PvE mobs doing melee damage.
This allows for extremely simple farming by gathering up tons of enemies, dropping a totem and running away from the mobs so the totem "tanks" them all.
Not sure if this is a bug or intentional.
Seen some remarks in chat. Homophobic and racist kinda crap.
Just wondering what the stance is on something like this: https://i.imgur.com/k4Ym3uD.png
Pretty curious to see where this community will be going. That hinges on the moderation's stance.
Heck ya! Welcome aboard!

It seems the Woodworking Tables are vanishing upon crafting completion.
@Jetah said in Why we need attribute respec options.:
we have multiple character slots so each character can have a specific use. there's no need to have a best at everything character.
I agree. No character should ever be the best at everything. An attribute respec option does not provide this.
@Harleyyelrah said in Why we need attribute respec options.:
My opinions on this topic are a bit mixed. On one hand, I agree that new players would probably not make the best decisions at the character creation screen, and would have no way of "fixing" their attribute allotment mistakes. On the other hand, I think being able to re-spec would be too easy to possibly abuse, unless it was heavily heavily limited and monitored.
I agree 100% that respecs should be limited. Each character may only be able to obtain 1-2 NON-TRADEABLE respecs for the characters lifetime.
If you allocate points to intellect in the talent tree or gain intellect through other means such as an enchant, you gain memory points.
You can then memorize abilities using these memory points.
Removing the intellect enchants and talents then brings you below the required memory points yet you still have the abilities memorized.
Example: https://i.imgur.com/lJ9EYCz.jpg - Notice the 26 memory points equipped out of 25.
