I would consider that potion as problematic, because the ressource gain and losses are balanced around the durability of equipement.
With that potion, all durability or ressources would need redistribution/rebalancing which would affect new and lower players negative who would not have acess to that potion or not the necessary ressources.

The point of the mechanic is to be a goldsink and free plots which are no longer used.
You can save up to a month worth of rent, which should be enough.
Would a player really dont play for months, he would, by unlimited rent savings, block that plot for months for other players.
This could become a issue in the longterm.

There are different mechanics which got discussed as example a warning notification (which would not prevent it from happening when you push the game away for months) or that in the startertown a temporary chest appears with all your stuff from the plot where you can take it out when you come back.

However, people should not forget that saving stuff no matter in which form need to be coded and also take place in the databank.

Knight armor need a better passive.
The current passive which gives you a bonus depending on three things is to much to be effective in any way.
You have the highest resistance which make it difficult to get lost a good amount of health to proc, you also need a debuff effect at all and the debuff reduction, when kicks in, is to minor to make a difference.
One thing which could be done is to change max. HP to current HP.
Means the lower the life, the harder it becomes to stop the Knigh Armor user.
