@spoletta well i just disagree with you on most of the items.
i think that on human planet the red vs blue is ok now. i think that items should be hard and timely to craft, but the effect of them need to be stronger so it will be worth the wait.
i hated the last test gear durability, i think, there should be a way to fix the items, and that you can upgrade an item more and more.

@diabalo12 learn about the game little more, this test we see only 1 planet... the human one, there is 2 more that needed to be added the beast and the demon, the demon one is the full PvP world.

@WaterMerchant i do not know where you got the idea this is a pvp full loot game? there would be a pvp full loot planet, but not the all game... and im in this game from the start....

@Contucky no your wrong, this game wasn't design like albion, since that game is a failure.
This game meant to bring 3 different planets, that will satisfy 3 different playstyles, all planet should have endgame content.
This game do not use the stupid saying "risk vs reward", well atlist not in the way albion mean it...
The beast planet will have same high end content and items with 0 pvp. -

its not balance yet, its good we try to find this unbalance, but the time to repair will be probably beta time, since not all system are implemented.

did fireball got super nerf?
@Specter @Prometheus i used my fireball the last days, and it seems it got a huge nerf or it is a bug, in the past it damaged about 750 damage raw, and killed pack of wolfs and pack of sporling (the small tree like monsters), but now with +spell damage talent and enchantment (20%) +int it still do not kills them, and on the big monsters it shows 350 damage, only very few times, 750 damage.
i have about 20 int and the spell says damage 100+int*28 so it should have been 640, and then + spell damage 20% should be 128 damage, so i should make 768 damage. and i have the 40% ignore resistance talent. -

yes, i agree. i do not understand why MMO have to be only for groups, that why games are only played by a small player group, make the game solo friendly, and it will be the biggest MMO...
there is many ways it can be done, but all the content need to be playable for solo or group. -

yes, i do not want to be forced to be a part of a group... its ok that there will be consequence in time and "easy of use" for playing solo, but it shouldn't be prohibit.

Again, if you are expecting to be able to do everything in your house by yourself, then we'd just be playing Minecraft instead of a dynamic player-driven MMO.
there is nothing in city that make it special in building stuff, the only change should be time... since city will have NPC and city have more people it should take significantly longer, and that OK and immersive, but saying you can't because of.... city ?? that just stupid.

@Esoba i hope it will be open fully, i think that there should be no restriction, in any case its hard to build all alone, and it very time consuming.
there is no fear that someone will do all things by himself, and if you think there going to be an issue like that, just add upkeep for building. -
i do not like the changes to the talent tree and equipment
i started this test with very high hopes for the future of the game, since there should have been a (small) fix for, what i consider, the worst issue in Fractured, the equipment.
it was before this test very static, you get to scholar items and that it, you have no more progression with items (and its the same for metal too).
while i fought it will be better this test, i found that it didn't, just become harder and more static since the best mechanic in game, the enchantment system, is very expensive, hard to use and behind the city research wall.
and so many enchantment are worth nothing now, there is no damage or stats upgrade only very miner improvement, that is not worth to work hard for.
and its the same with the talent tree, no worth talents, i had so many KP and couldn't decide what to use, since all talents are garbage.
the game feel static and boring, its actually the worst test i had.
and i guess its all because of the horizontal progression, trying to make all players equal no matter when they join the game, just flat failed, its just make the game feel that it not worth trying to achieve anything, since you work so hard for getting stuff, and the stuff do not improve you...to fix this issue, i think, that this steps need to be taken:
- revert the talent tree back to what it was.
- add all the bonus that was in previous tests
- remove the research wall, and allow any one to build anything in his house, and make it harder to build them (so it will be easier for group then solo).
- add additional items for every category, that would be able to upgrade your character.

i only disagree with the PVP part, you forgot that should be a PVP planet, there should be minimal PVP in human planet. -

@Ulfnaor last test there was no respec and it was a sh*t show, the all exploration part of the game is worth nothing if you can't respec.
please do not offer stuff that you do not understand about them, and didn't do a good research on forum beforehand. -

@spoletta its not linear... a group will make all players in the group more gold per hour then solo player, alot more.

ya, i think your right, this game was promised as a non grind game, but instead you get a huge amount of grind, but no progression at all, the game feel static, the gear is too few and very hard to obtain...
the horizontal progression, is just stupid, it do not feel fun at all....
in albion the grind was same as here, but at least you felt like achieving somthing, here its just stalemate. -

i was here long time before the kickstarter, and it was promised by the dev that this game will fit all styles, solo especially...

@Junkie you saying that, the game that i have help generating players for, under the assumption it will include all playstyles, somthing that was promised multiple times from dev, now just isn't for me anymore, and i should leave since you, someone who joined 5 month ago, think that this game is not meant for solo players.
so no im not going to leave, im going to keep shouting how much this game in this state is sh*t, and you probably the kind of players, that will drive it to die...
and just to make sure you understand, 80% of MMORPG players usually play solo.
