@Stacy555 Thanks for starting a thread where opinions on an aspect of the game development could be thrown around. It seems the community opinion is that a little more consideration given to the color palate would be awesome if possible. The really cool thing is that we know the devs look at the community for feedback. If we see a the graphics become a little more aesthetically pleasing it might be at least in part due to this thread.
Wow that is pretty dramatic. An MMO with no chat? Almost smacks of heresy.
Seriously I understand your points but chat is the reason many folks plan an MMO. Also if there were no chat people would just get around it by out of game means like Discord or whatever. While your idea offers some interesting possibilities for game play, I just don't think its practical.
@OlivePit What @Logain said. At this point the Devs need to keep on dev'ing. QoL stuff can wait. Also many things are likely to change so better to wait for the finished product.

there are no advantages to being GM. I got stuck being one for while and will never to so again. it totally ruined the fun of playing the game for me. Just join a guild would be my advice.
I mostly enjoy PVE. That is probably cuz I mostly suck at PVP

So after grinding out daily posts for a while I decided it was time to join a guild. Since I left the game that I played for 4+ years (Wartune on Kabam server S26) I haven't been able to find a game that truly captured me. You know the kind where you cant hardly wait to log in. Haha Wartune is a kinda crappy PTW browser MMO so its was mystifying to me. Then I realized what I really missed was my mates from the game. I haven't found a guild or game yet where I was able to make these kinds of relationships. From reading thru the forums I am hopeful that Fractured will both be an awesome game and provide the opportunity to form these types of relationships -you know where you might log in just to chat with mates and guildies even if you don't intent to actually play.
All that being said I was somewhat dismayed while searching for a guild to join. I realize that some of those guilds were created simply for foundation points but still "Russia Must Die", "Erection"? Really people? I am hopeful that such guilds wont actually exist in game.
Yesterday I tried to log back into my old Wartune server, to say 'ello mates', only to discover that apparently Kabam sold Wartune to another company which in turn sold it yet another company and I can no longer log into my account. It appears that I am cut off from all my old mates
but I am looking forward to making new ones here

@azazar it only seems that way b/c of the way some forum members continually argue silliness. you think ah they must be like 12 or something. yep folks thing gaming = young people but forget that us older folks invented online gaming and still play avidly...
This post confuses me somewhat. Is it not obvious that there is something designed into this game for everyone? A whole world for PVE'ers where they don't have to worry about being ganked. A whole world for PVP'ers where they can PK to their hearts content. Guild action for the empire builders. Crafting up the wazoo. Due to the setting catering to the fantasy crowd.
Did I miss anything?

geez all this talk seems to assume that beastmen are completely unable to fight. if you come on my planet to take my stuffs you are gonna get claws in the gut. as I said before just because beastmen don't prefer to PVP does not mean the they cant PVP
