Pledge linked to account ?

Hello,
I buy recruit early bird pledge . But when i log in to my account on the official site, the profile say "PLEDGE/FOUNDER PACK:
None ". How can i linked pledge to that account ?

Where do you see "PLEDGE/FOUNDER PACK: None" ?
I can see my Pledge Pack at Store -> History -> Kickstarter. If that is where you find that text, maybe ask @Specter

U can find it on the main page (not forum) when u click on profile in right upper corner and select option. I check my history and it say "No transaction".

@Bastic Maybe something went wrong with you payment.
Did you checked, if you really payed for or if the payment was canceled at your choosen payment method?

Hi @Bastic, the reason why you didn't have your pledge assigned is because you never completed the "kickstarter survey" (which asked for your Fractured account username) that we sent to all backers after the campaign was over.
I found your pledge and filled it manually for you, it should be all good now
