Alignment system seems pretty neat

While reading their blog on alignment (https://fracturedmmo.com/feature-spotlight-6-pvp-alignment-crime/) it occurred to me that most of that is just plain neat sounding. It is almost like a difficulty level for your start, as well as provides a neat mechanic for some of the demon races to become "angels". I had chosen human to start with, but this has me considering one of the demon races and trying to fight my way toward the light.
Anyone else have any changes of heart about their characters after reading the blog?

I wanted to be a demon anyway, but it made me happier to be a demon than when I started out.

why can't my Demon rise in the ranks of Babilis? Abominations could be the Angel equal complete with quest and all that.
