guild sharing loot/ stats

for a week. figured it was p2w too early and required many people to specialize to do anything and didn't play it afterwards.
but i have played other games and if i didn't like the loot setting and the party leader didn't change it, then i left the party. i'm not a slave for others. plain and simple. There were times in WoW where the party leader could change loot just before a boss died, blizzard punished those players.
